Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We only sell top quality goods, no imitations or products that are old or expired. Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping. Our policy is to not accept returns of opened and/or used items. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit for returns of any product that is not defective or any item returned without authorization. Please email us to receive a return authorization before returning any products. If shipping was free for your order, it will be deducted from the credit we apply to you. You pay the shipping to return the product. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will refund you in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet it's standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

In the case of merchandise that may arrive damaged, or missing (i.e. broken bottle), please email us immediately so that we may make FEDEX aware of the problem. You must keep all packaging and shipping boxes. We will make a resonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price, including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned product.
