How does this work?

Step 1: Registration

In order to shop online, you first need to register for an account. Registration is free. You can find the registration form by clicking on the 'Register' button in top most menu.

Step 2: Shopping

There are a variety of ways you can find products to buy. You can use the menu on the left to shop by brand, category or price. Once you find a product you want, simply adjust the quantity needed and click on 'Add to Cart'. This item will now appear in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping for other items or you can click on the 'x items in Shopping Cart' / the 'Check Out' button in the top most menu to view your shopping cart.

Step 3: Managing your order

While in shopping cart view, you will see a summary of the items. You can adjust quantities or remove items. You can also specify how you want to pay. Once you are satisfied, add a shipping address and the total will be calculated. You can then click the 'Check Out' button below the total to proceed to payment.

Step 4: Paying for your order

Depending on what payment method you chose, there will be further instructions. If you chose EFT / Direct Bank Deposit, you will be presented with the bank details and unique reference number, and an email will be sent to you with a summary of your order. If you chose the Credit Card option, you will be able to insert your card number etc in order to complete the transaction and an email will be sent to you with your order summary.

Step 5: Tracking your order

To track order progress, simply log in and then click on the 'Order Status' button which will appear in the top most menu.

Gift Wrapping

If your order is a gift and you would like it gift wrapped, simply tick the 'Gift Wrap' block next to the item in your shopping cart. The extra fee will be added in your order summary.

How long does it take to get my order?

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all deliveries are 1-5 business days, except international deliveries. From the time of shipment, not the date of your order. International orders may take a little longer than those within South Africa. makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out-of-stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform our customers. is entitled to engage a third party on it's behalf to transport all goods purchased by the client to the delivery address stipulated by the client.


We screen products for quality before we offer them for sale. If you receive a product that is not working for you, we ask that you attempt to use the product properly. It might take some time to learn the right amount of product to use or frequency to get the absolute best results for you. However it is impossible for every product to work for every person. If a product just isn't working for you, please call or email us and let us know the specific problem. Perhaps we can help.

What about import duties and VAT?

All prices include value added tax (VAT) at the rate of 14%. VAT is not payable on orders if both the billing and the shipping address are international.

Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. J Medical Spa and Beauty Clinic does not know what levies may be payable and cannot calculate or estimate such costs.

What do I do if I want an item that's not on the site?

If you require an item that is not listed on the site, we will gladly source it and deliver it to your door. To make use of this service, click on the 'Mr Delivery' button in the top pink bar menu, and fill out the form.
